  • If the product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, then we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our premises.

  • If the product is lost / misplaced by courier in transit, we will refund the full amount within 48 hours.

  • Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is damaged or wrong. Our team will request certain proofs of damages or wrong items delivered. In such cases, the customer should immediately contact and inform the company after receiving the order. The customer will have to return the damaged / wrong product back and will have the option either to replace it with another same product or ask for a refund. In case of refund, the full amount will be refunded within 72 hours.

  • Prepaid Orders: If the customer, by any chance, wants to cancel the order, it can be done within a maximum of 2 hours after placing the order, after which cancellation will not be accepted. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within 72 hours.

  • Once the order has been accepted by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled.
